Cosmopolitan city of London attracts millions of tourists and businessmen every year. The city has everything to entertain and please its guest. Beside attractions and sightseeing this city has interesting and rich for events history to explore. Visit local museums to learn more about one of the most powerful capital in the Middle Ages. Unfortunately we still know very little about London in its Dark Ages. The archeologists found the earliest evidences of human presence at the place of Modern London, referring the 5th century. It was not that London as it is now, but still it was a city, though mostly ruined. It even did not have its name London. This city was named by the Celtic name 'Caer-Lundein'. There were many small wattle and daub houses and at least one bog house, performed in Roman style.

Many events and episodes separate us from those times. Since then London is changing rapidly and is becoming a more vital, a cleaner, a more prosperous place. As usual, London is a mixture of the good and the bad. For the tourist it remains a safe and a fascinating environment - providing a unique historical perspective, mixed with entertainment of the most up-to-date kind.
